This 2025 vintage is fermented in both concrete and stainless-steel vessels, then aged on the lees to build texture and mouthfeel. The result is a medium-bodied, dry white wine with vibrant acidity and mineral-driven freshness.

On the nose and palate youll find bright yellow fruit apricot and peach layered with invigorating citrus and mineral notes, giving a beautifully balanced and refreshing profile.
